Haha, silly me...

So, when I went to look at that place on Sunday, I gave them two cheques, for first and last month's rent. However, I didn't get any receipt, nor did I sign anything (like a lease, or a tenant agreement, or anything). So I spent all Monday and Tuesday thinking this guy was just going to take my money and run! Well- he called me back last night, and everything is set. I'm moving in January 29th. Who wants to help?!? There will be beer.

And- does anyone know the cheapest way to rent a moving van in the city??
